Within the framework of its firm commitment to strengthening food security and improving the quality of life for farmers, Sanaaya Almaaroof Humanitarian Foundation has implemented a Canal rehabilitation project in the Bamardouf area of Ghail Bawzeer District in Hadramout Governorate. In light of the tangible achievements, the project completion rate has reached 70%.

The project aims to address the challenges of desertification and improve agricultural water resources by rehabilitating a 60-meter Canal that serves farmers in the area. The project was carefully designed to help farmers irrigate their land efficiently, which enhances their productivity and contributes in strengthening food security in the region.

Approximately 30 farmers from the local community benefit from the project, reflecting the positive impact at the community level. The project was implemented with integrated efforts that included modern technologies and the use of sustainable resources.
