Inauguration of the Surgical Medical Camp at Ghayl Ba Wazir Hospital

Funded by the Dutch Khattab Foundation, in partnership with Sanaaya Almaaroof Humanitarian Foundation, and coordinated by the Rawafid Foundation, the surgical medical camp was inaugurated at Ghayl Ba Wazir Hospital. The event was attended by the Chairman of Sanaaya Almaaroof Foundation, Mr. Ahmed Saeed Ghanem, and the representative of the Khattab Foundation, Mr. Ali Houri.
The medical camp aims to provide specialized surgical services to the residents of Ghayl Ba Wazir and the surrounding areas, who face difficulties in accessing necessary healthcare. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to support the health sector in remote areas.
During the inauguration, attended by Ghayl Ba Wazir General Director Mr. Salem Al-Atyashi and Deputy Director of the Health and Population Office in the province, Dr. Abdullah Murai, the Chairman of Sanaaya Almaaroof expressed his gratitude to all parties involved in realizing this project. He emphasized the importance of cooperation between local and international organizations to provide necessary support to the needy population. He praised the efforts made to implement this medical camp, noting that this project will significantly improve the healthcare services offered to the residents of the area.
Mr. Ali Houri expressed his happiness to participate in this humanitarian project, reaffirming Khattab Foundation's commitment to supporting health projects in Yemen.
In his remarks, Ghayl Ba Wazir General Director Mr. Salem Abdullah Al-Atyashi noted that this medical camp reflects the fruitful cooperation between various entities to achieve health development in the district.
