Sanaaya Almaaroof Humanitarian Foundation signed today an agreement to implement the Remedial Education Project – Intensive and Accelerated Learning Track, in partnership with the Ministry of Education Office in Hadramout Coast and Al-Amal Foundation, as part of its efforts to support the education sector and enable out-of-school students to return to the classroom.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Sanaaya Almaaroof Humanitarian Foundation by Mr. Mohammed Saleh Bathar, Head of Programs and Projects Department. The Ministry of Education Office in Hadramout Coast was represented by Mr. Ameen Baabbad, Director General, while Dr. Abha Baawidan represented Al-Amal Foundation.
The project aims to educate out-of-school students through an intensive educational track lasting approximately six months, contributing to bridging learning gaps and preparing beneficiaries for reintegration into formal education, in accordance with an approved educational methodology.
The project is funded by Sanaaya Almaaroof Humanitarian Foundation, implemented by the Ministry of Education Office, and supervised by Al-Amal Foundation.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Alawi Al-Hamed, Deputy Director General of the Education Office and Head of the Training and Qualification Division; Mr. Anwar Faraj, Head of the General Education Division; Mr. Aboud Awadh Bin Aboud Al-Sheikh, Director of the Remedial Education Department; and Mr. Awadh Balfagih, Director of the Public Relations and Partnerships Department.
This agreement comes within Sanaaya Almaaroof Humanitarian Foundation’s ongoing efforts to strengthen effective institutional partnerships and support the education sector as a fundamental pillar of sustainable development and human capacity building.
