Sanaya Almaaroof Humanitarian Foundation, in cooperation with IHHNL, launched a water well project in Galil district, Hudaydah governorate, in a step that reflects the ambitious vision and serious commitment to improving living conditions.
The foundation designed the project to meet the urgent needs of the local population. The well was equipped with the latest technologies to ensure the quality of the water, and it benefits about 1,500 people. This demonstrates the ability of such initiatives to improve the quality of life and provide sustainable solutions to meet the basic needs of communities. It also reflects the effective cooperation between humanitarian organizations in a joint effort to achieve sustainable development.
The foundation’s chairman, Mr. Ahmed Saeed Ghanem, expressed his happiness with the positive impact that the project will have on the daily lives of the people of the region, pointing out the importance of solidarity and constructive cooperation in such projects to build a better future for needy communities.
Galil district is one of the remote areas of the governorate, with a population of about 2,500 people. The residents faced major challenges in obtaining clean and safe drinking water, and difficulties in accessing water sources, making the launch of this project a humanitarian necessity.
