with a support from Dutch relief organization in Amsterdam –  , Sanaye AL – Maarouf foundation distributes  food basket s   Sunday morning, November 8, 2020, in the city of al-joul, the capital of Hajar. 

500 families who live in poor areas benefit from this basket, which was implemented by Sanaye Al Maarouf Humanitarian Foundation in Hadhramout
In the city of Joule, which is considered one of the poorest areas  of Hadhramout, most of its residents work in the field of the  agriculture, especially palm cultivation.

The basket consists of rice, sugar, flour, oil and milk, which will alleviate the suffering of the population, even for a short period.
Especially since the country is suffering from a severe economic crisis because of the war that has been going on for six years and is still going on which causes
increase in the number of poor people in Yemen.

For their part, the residents of the city of Joule expressed their thanks to everyone who contributed to providing this food basket, calling on other parties to Pay attention to their suffering in various fields, especially since the directorate was exposed months ago to torrents rains  that swept away agricultural lands and the roads.
