The chairman of Sanaaya Al Maroof Humanitarian Foundation, Mr. Ahmed Saeed Ghanem, received in his office today, Thursday 23.9. 2021, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Amal Feminist Foundation, Dr. Abha Abdullah Baweidan, in the presence of the Head of Public Relations and Media at Sanaye Al Marouf Foundation, Mr. Ihab Saleh Fadl.
In the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance aspects of cooperation between the two institutions to serve the community in several areas with regard to their respective activities, through the possibility of implementing joint humanitarian and charitable projects in the future, especially in the protection sector, specifically the interest in protecting society and its members from the scourge of drugs, which has become a threat to societies. Locality in Yemen in general, and Hadramawt, in particular.
In this regard, the head of the Foundation reviewed the Foundation’s intervention in this aspect, through cooperation with the Narcotics Control Agency in the Hadhramaut coast, through the implementation of a number of joint programs between the two sides in raising awareness of this scourge, and contributing to providing some treatments to those who were arrested by the Agency.
For her part, Dr. Abha reviewed the activities implemented by Al-Amal Feminist Foundation in terms of attention and care for prisoners, the most prominent programs that were implemented this year in the prisoner protection sector in general, and the courses that were implemented in cooperation with the General Administration of Security and Police of the Coast of Hadhramaut, the last of which is the Integrated Protection Project for Families Prisoners, martyrs, and needy families in Mukalla.
At the end of the meeting, the two parties agreed that each party would raise its perceptions of the most prominent charitable projects that will be implemented in cooperation between the two parties in the field of protecting society from the scourge of drugs.
Sanaaya Al Maroof Humanitarian Foundation, and within the protection sector, implements a number of programs and projects in the field of drug control in the Hadhramaut coast.
